Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete data that Repanza, owned by Axivra LLC, receives through connecting Facebook Pages and Lead Ads forms, as well as how to delete your Repanza account data in general.

1. Disconnect Facebook from the Repanza portal

For the account owner or an employee with permission to manage the integration:

1. Log in to the Developer Portal (developer.getrepanza.com) or the Broker Portal (broker.getrepanza.com).
2. Open the "Facebook" page from the sidebar.
3. Click "Disconnect" and confirm.
4. Facebook access tokens are deleted immediately and no new leads are received.

2. Remove the app from your Facebook settings

1. Open Facebook, then go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Choose "Business Integrations".
3. Find the "Repanza Leads" app and click "Remove".
4. Repanza is notified automatically; we delete the access tokens and stop receiving data.

3. Request deletion of all data received from Facebook

Disconnecting only stops new data. To delete all data we received from Facebook (including the leads created from it):

1. Email support@getrepanza.com with the subject "Facebook data deletion request".
2. Include the company name registered on Repanza and the Facebook Page name or ID.
3. Send it from the account owner’s registered email, or attach proof of your role on the Page.
4. We will confirm receipt with a confirmation code and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

4. If you filled in a form in a Facebook ad

• Your data belongs to the real estate company whose ad you saw; Repanza only processes it on that company’s behalf.
• You can contact the advertising company directly to request deletion of your data.
• Or email us at support@getrepanza.com with the phone number or email you entered in the form and, if possible, the company or ad name; we will coordinate the deletion with that company within 30 days at most.

5. Delete your entire Repanza account

Account deletion can be requested from inside the mobile app (account settings) or via support@getrepanza.com. Retention periods and legal exceptions are described in Sections 7 and 8 of the Privacy Policy.
